Each session is fully tailored — from the movements we explore to the way we build them week by week.
We’ll begin with a conversation about your goals, daily habits, and any areas of tension or limitation. From there, I’ll design a program that strengthens where you need support and restores balance where your body feels out of sync.
Over time, you’ll notice:
