At the Heart

Inner Echo is grounded in the belief that movement shapes how we feel — not just in our bodies, but in life. There’s a quiet joy in feeling both strong and supported.

For me, strength grows from love, connection, and the micro-moments that remind us why we keep showing up. Inner Echo exists to create space for movement that feels good and leaves a gentle ripple of ease, confidence, and joy.

This path began years before I ever considered teaching.

I began in yoga, completing my YTT-500. Teaching yoga showed me not only how bodies move, but how people arrive — carrying different seasons of life.

Over time, I was drawn toward something more structured and deeply supportive. That path led me here, where strength, stability, and awareness meet with clarity and intention. I’m now a certified STOTT PILATES® Mat instructor, continuing to explore somatic approaches and how mindful movement supports ease, resilience, and care.

I’m also learning, personally and professionally, how to soften — balancing strength with gentleness, and allowing healing, joy, and growth to coexist.

Inner Echo exists because of love — for movement, for presence, and for the echoes that stay with us.
