FAQs

Do I need Pilates experience to book a private session?

1

Not at all. Private sessions are designed for all levels — including complete beginners. Your session will be tailored to your body, goals, and experience, whether you are new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to refine your practice.

What should I wear to my session?

2

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene. Avoid overly loose clothing that may interfere with movement or alignment.

How do I book a private session?

3

All private sessions are booked directly through the instructor. You can request a session by contacting Inner Echo Pilates & Wellness, and your appointment will be confirmed once scheduled.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

4

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being charged in full.

Is Pilates safe if I have an injury or physical limitation?

5

Pilates can be highly supportive for many injuries and movement limitations when properly guided. Please inform the instructor of any injuries, pain, medical conditions, or concerns prior to your session so your program can be safely tailored to your needs. New clients are required to complete an intake and sign a waiver before beginning.

What should I expect for my first session, and where is the studio located?

6

Your first session is a private, one-on-one appointment focused on understanding your body, movement patterns, goals, and any injuries or limitations. We will begin with a brief conversation and movement assessment, followed by a guided Pilates session tailored specifically to you.

Inner Echo Pilates & Wellness is a private, home-based studio. For privacy and security, the studio address is provided after your session is booked and confirmed.
