Policies
Booking Sessions
All private sessions are booked directly through the instructor. Appointments are confirmed once scheduled and, where applicable, payment is received.
Sessions are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability.
New Clients
New clients are required to complete a brief intake and sign a waiver prior to their first session. This ensures your program is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the session being forfeited or charged in full. This policy allows time for appointments to be offered to other clients.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled time, and the full session fee still applies.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. E-transfer is the preferred method of payment.
Session packages, if offered, are non-refundable and must be used within the specified time frame.
Health & Safety
Your safety is a priority. All clients must:
Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pain, or physical limitations prior to each session
Complete an intake form and sign a liability waiver before beginning services
Communicate any discomfort during the session
Pilates is a physical movement practice, and participation is voluntary and at your own risk. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your session.
Studio Etiquette
To maintain a calm, focused, and welcoming environment:
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing suitable for movement
Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene
Silence mobile devices during your session
Privacy
All personal and health information is kept confidential and used only to support your care and experience.
