Pilates with me isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection and real, lasting change. Together, we build a practice that is personal, purposeful, and shaped around how your body moves and feels.
Each session is tailored to you. We begin with a conversation about your goals, daily habits, and any areas of tension or limitation, then move through guided work that strengthens where you need support and restores balance where things feel out of sync.
With consistent practice, you may notice more ease in movement, deeper core support, improved mobility, and a growing sense of strength and confidence in your body.
The session packages below are designed to support steady progress, continuity, and meaningful results.
Introductory Session
A first step inward. This one-time private session is a chance to slow down, connect, and begin with clarity. We’ll talk through your goals, daily habits, and any areas of tension or limitation, then move through a tailored session that meets you exactly where you are.

The Beginning
Small steps that create your first ripples. This is where connection begins — learning the foundations of Pilates while building awareness, strength, and quiet confidence in your body. A supportive starting point designed to help you feel safe, capable, and guided.
4 Sessions — $240
$60 per session (GST included)
Consistency that deepens. With regular, guided practice, strength grows steadier, movement becomes clearer, and your body begins to feel more supported in daily life. This stage is about reinforcing patterns, refining control, and expanding what feels possible.
8 Sessions — $460
$57.50 per session (GST included)
The Flow
A full circle of commitment. Here, movement becomes more intuitive, strength more resilient, and balance more lasting. Through steady, consistent sessions, your body reconnects to itself — creating strength, mobility, and confidence that ripple forward into everyday life.
12 Sessions — $630
$52.50 per session — Best value (GST included)
The Return
Commitment & Continuity
True change comes through consistency. Most clients attend 1–2 sessions per week depending on their goals and schedule.
To support your progress and preferred appointment times, clients are asked to book a minimum of half of their purchased sessions at the time of purchase.
Packages are designed to encourage steady, supported practice:
4 sessions — valid for 6 weeks
8 sessions — valid for 10 weeks
12 sessions — valid for 14 weeks
Consistent practice builds meaningful change — strengthening the body, restoring balance, and supporting how you move through life. Whether you are new to Pilates or returning after time away, you will be guided with care, clarity, and attention to your individual needs in a quiet, supportive home-studio setting here in Regina.
